ALL HOSIERY  & SMALL  FRILLY KNICKERS IS POSTAGE FREE!

All hosiery comes packaged and once opened can not be returned. If sizing of knickers is incorrect, can be exchanged.

Lingerie and hosiery are not returnable and not refundable.

You may exchange an item for size only.

PLEASE NOTE NEW ZEALAND CLIENTS – POSTAGE FOR NORMAL AIRMAIL & HANDLING IS $18.00 per garment under 3 kg.

Items “On Sale” with the sale price listed in RED are clearance items and cannot be returned to us nor exchanged with us for any reason. They are yours forever.

We do not refund or exchange unless the product is faulty .

Items received 15 days after purchase will not be accepted for any reason.

If the size requested is in stock at the time your package is received, we will ship the replacement size to you at no additional charge. This service is for Australia wide customers only.

If we do not have the requested size in stock, you will be issued a store credit based on our return policy

Items received after 30 days are not eligible for return regardless of the reason.

After 30 days all sales are final and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

When returning a garment for exchange, please include a copy of your receipt with your package, along with your request for exchange, or store credit. We cannot accept for return any item that does not include a copy of your receipt.

When returning an item, PLEASE be sure to send using delivery confirmation or tracking. We cannot be responsible for any returned packages lost by shipping companies. If you add delivery confirmation to your return, your package will be trackable, and will serve as evidence of mailing.

Any product MUST be returned in their condition they were received – with no tape, stickers, labels or markings added – they will be refused if they have been used, as we cannot re-sell them.

Please ensure you are ordering the correct sizes and if unsure please ask.
